My role as Digital Design Manager, was to drive digital creative excellence. This included building a creative team, redesigning the ecommerce website; making it responsive & improving conversion, establishing styleguides for
the ecommerce photography and creating concepts, art directing shoots & collaborating with additional talent
for seasonal campaigns.
